Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Stram, including the AI workspace, profile pages and Stram Pro. By creating an account or using Stram you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Stram.

1. Who we are

Stram is run by Stram.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google, Discord, GitHub, or an email and password. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

You must be at least 14 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it, to use Stram.

3. Usernames and profiles

Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or has been inactive for a long time.

Public profiles can be seen by anyone with the link and may appear in search engines. You can make your profile private at any time.

4. Plans and payments

Free costs nothing and includes 30 AI messages per 24 hours plus the core profile features.

Stram Pro is a one-time payment of €8.50 (including any VAT that applies) for lifetime access to Pro features on your account, for as long as Stram is running. There's no subscription and no hidden fee. "Unlimited AI messages" means unlimited for normal personal use; to stop abuse by scripts there's a fair-use cap of 1000 messages per 24 hours.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro is tied to your account and can't be transferred. See the Refund Policy for refunds and your right of withdrawal.

5. Your content

You own what you upload and write: chats, files, images, music and profile content. You give Stram permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you, for example showing your public profile or answering your chats.

Only upload things you have the right to share.

6. Things you can't do

  • Break the law or help someone else break it.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other people.
  • Post sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits children.
  • Upload malware or try to hack, overload, or get around Stram's security or limits.
  • Scrape the service or create accounts in bulk with automated tools.
  • Use Stram to infringe someone else's copyright or privacy.

7. AI features

AI answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it, especially medical, legal, or financial information.

When you connect other apps, Stram only acts on them when you ask it to. You're responsible for reviewing actions before you approve them.

8. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time in Profile → Account → Privacy.

9. No guarantees

Stram is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Stram isn't liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll let you know in the app before they apply. Using Stram after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Contact

Message us on TikTok at @stram.lol. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
